Another song that came out of isolation right before the 2021 elections. I was so pissed off at our government, Donald Trump, both political parties. I didn’t want to have anything to do with any of them, but if we didn’t vote that fucking asshole out of office, we were doomed as a country (we may still be doomed…)-that’s why we made the video. If America is the richest country in the world, then NOONE should ever starve, not have a place to live, or be able to get medical treatment. Everything else is up to them, but we, as a society, should be able to cover those three things. Apparently, our government is more interested in financing the war economy than taking care of its own citizens. Yup, it’s a rant, but it’s my record and I can have at least one - and the song does rock!
lyrics
He broke his back, so his kids could be warm and safe at night.
They took his tax, just to pay for the military might.
Is this what you call standing up for your rights?
While the masters of war are knocking at your door tonight!
I just want to find a little truth…
I suffer from my point of view…
I got something to scream and shout!
I am telling you to COUNT ME OUT, Alright!

So many great songs, so much great playing. Tavern at the End of the World is just one song, this is an album you must listen to and experience all the way through. Rob Moss
Like most songs on the album this song shifts between two distinct modes that work great separately, but when they combine, they become Voltron and are unstoppable! bradykoch
